Summary: Failed orders are automatically refunded. Crypto sent to correct addresses cannot be refunded. Deposits are credited or returned. Verification support fees may be refunded within 24 hours if no work has started.
If a crypto order cannot be executed due to exchange unavailability, insufficient liquidity, or any technical failure on our end, your Naira amount is automatically refunded to your Geerok wallet within minutes. You will receive an in-app notification confirming the refund. No request is needed.
Once a crypto order has been executed and the tokens have been sent to the wallet address you provided, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Always verify your wallet address before confirming an order.
Geerok is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address that was provided by you. We display your wallet address clearly on the confirmation screen before execution. It is your responsibility to verify the address is correct.
If an OTC (Peer Exchange) order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, or if the order is cancelled by our team for any reason, your Naira amount will be refunded to your Geerok wallet immediately. For sell orders where you have already sent tokens to our platform address, we will verify the transaction and credit your Naira balance or return the tokens if the order cannot be processed.
Deposits that are approved are credited to your Geerok wallet and are available immediately. If a deposit is declined (e.g. reference not found, incorrect amount), you will be notified with a reason. Declined deposits remain in your bank account — no funds are taken. If you believe a deposit was declined in error, contact our support team with proof of transfer.
Verification Support fees are deducted from your wallet balance when a ticket is submitted. If you request a refund within 24 hours of submission and our team has not yet begun working on your case, we will refund the full amount to your Geerok wallet. After 24 hours or after work has begun, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome, as you are paying for our team's time and expertise.
There is no fee charged for booking a Sidra verification appointment. If an appointment is cancelled by Geerok, you will be notified and offered a new slot.
