By using Geerok, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Geerok. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that using cryptocurrency is legal in your country of residence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Geerok is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Deposits must be made by the account holder. All deposits are subject to verification. Geerok reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent. Minimum deposit amounts apply as displayed on the platform.
All crypto orders are final once confirmed. Prices displayed include a spread. Geerok does not guarantee price execution at any specific price beyond what was displayed at the time of your order confirmation. If an order cannot be executed, your Naira balance will be refunded automatically.
Peer Exchange orders are manually fulfilled by our team. Fulfillment typically takes 1–4 hours but may take longer in exceptional circumstances. Your funds are held securely until the order is complete or refunded.
You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. Geerok is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Always double-check addresses before confirming any order.
You may not use Geerok for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to manipulate prices, exploit platform bugs, or interfere with other users. Violation will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
The Verification Support service is an advisory service. Geerok does not guarantee specific outcomes. Fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been opened and work has begun. If a ticket is submitted and no work has been started, a refund may be requested within 24 hours.
Geerok is not liable for losses resulting from exchange downtime, blockchain network issues, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or force majeure events. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount of your wallet balance at the time of the incident.
Geerok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we believe poses a risk to the platform or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the Nigerian courts.
